Living the Glamorous Life

     The school that I am employed with has placed me in the Al Raha Beach Hotel until the 23rd of August.  This allows me a week to complete my exams and a week to relax.  What a great way to become acustomed to the culture and area.  They are covering all hotel costs and breakfast, during my stay.  I have no complaints here.

     The hotel is a glamorous five star hotel.  Breakfast has a wide variety of food.  Everything from cereal to fried rice.

     When I went outside to take these photos, my lens instantly steemed up.  It took five minutes of constant wiping to clear my lens and sun glasses.  The humidity and heat is intense here.  I was only out for ten minutes and was covered in sweat. 
     Tonight, I met up with my co-workers at the Abu Dhabi mall for dinner.  This mall is amazing.  It has many stores from MAC, H&M, Nine West, to The Body Shop.  I am able to buy everything that I need between here and the Marina mall. 
      Dinner was great!  There was about ten teachers total.  We are all staying at various hotels around Abu Dhabu.  This is to spread the business around the area.  The teachers are from all over the world.  Some are new to working abroad, while others have years of experience.  Most are around my age (30) and have children.  It was a great way to learn about fellow co-workers and a bit about the school.  Our principle came as well and paid for the entire meal!
     During dinner, I had met an amazing teacher and her daughter during dinner.  They were very kind to offer me a ride back to the hotel, as we are staying in the same resort.
